Privacy Policy

When you use the quote form we ask for your name, phone number, email address, postcode or location, the service you need and a short description of the job. Photos are optional — you can send up to five, each under 10MB.

We don't ask for anything else, and we don't collect your details behind your back.

Only to put your quote together and get back to you about the job. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't send you marketing.

Your enquiry is sent directly to our enquiry service, GoHighLevel, for handling your quote. Photos are stored with links included in our enquiry notifications. Anyone with a photo link can view it without logging in. We don't sell your details, and we don't pass them to anyone for marketing.

Photos are used just to understand the job before we quote. We won't publish them or use them in advertising without asking you first.

If you say yes in the cookie banner, we use Microsoft Clarity to see how people use the site (for example which pages are visited and where people click). It doesn't run unless you agree, and you can change your mind any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer. We don't use advertising cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Only as long as it takes to deal with your enquiry. If you'd like your details deleted, just ask and we'll remove them.

You can ask us for a copy of the details you've sent us, or ask us to delete them. Email phoenixps100@gmail.com. If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, you can also contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
